The Magic of Aurora
When traveling in Siberia, Jan Kath witnessed the magical natural phenomenon of aurora, the northern lights. This became the inspiration for his newest collection Spectrum.
The rugs’ even gradation of colors is rendered by masterful weavers who have fine-tuned their skills for generations. In Jan Kath’s workshops in Nepal, weavers use up to 40 different shades of thread for a single rug.
